Burton Evan Rocks (June 25, 1972), born in New York City, is an American sports attorney/agent, and writer. Rocks has collaborated with many sports personalities on their memoirs, including the 2003 ''New York Times'' bestseller ''Me and My Dad: A Baseball Memoir'' with Yankee outfielder Paul O'Neill. ==Early life and career== Burton Rocks is the son of chemist Lawrence Rocks.〔http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,907177,00.html (May 7, 1973)〕 Growing up, he contracted asthma, which he attributes to a bad flu shot.
